Kyle grew up in Johnson County, Kentucky before attending Alice Lloyd College in Pippa Passes, Kentucky. After receiving degrees in History and English, Kyle moved to northern Indiana for law school at the Valparaiso University School of Law.
After graduation, Kyle moved back home to Kentucky and began practicing with a local personal injury firm. For 7 years Kyle learned how to effectively represent clients who have been hurt by others. While working for his clients, Kyle became fascinated with trial work and dedicated himself to learning everything he could about trying cases to juries. Most notably Kyle graduated from Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyers’ College in September of 2012. At TLC, Kyle was chosen from a pool of attorneys from across the nation to spend a month learning from some of the most successful “people lawyers” practicing today.
Kyle was nominated by his peers to be a National Trial Lawyer, Top 40 Under 40 member. Membership into The National Trial Lawyers Association: Top 40 under 40 is by invitation only and is extended exclusively to those individuals who exemplify superior qualifications, trial results, and leadership as a young lawyer under the age of 40. The Top 40 under 40 is restricted to only 40 attorneys per state per year and each attorney must be under the age of 40 as of January 1. Attorneys must also specialize in the areas of civil plaintiff or criminal defense law. Each candidate must also be in good standing with the state licensing board and must never have been subject to disciplinary action.
In 2013, Kyle was selected as a Top 10 Attorney Under 40 by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys.
Kyle is admitted to practice before every state and federal court in Kentucky and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Kyle is also admitted to practice in the Northern District of Indiana and last year was admitted to practice in West Virginia.
